How do I connect to Deepidoo?
Simply go to https://play.deepidoo.com/ and login using your username and password.
I have forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?
Go to the same page https://play.deepidoo.com and click on “Forgotten your password?” Simply enter your email address and you’ll be sent a link to reset your password.
Can I change my password?
Yes! When you are logged in to your account, simply click on your name situated top right, then click on “My account” and change your password in the menu that appears.

I have received my Deepidoo equipment but I don’t know how to install it.
Go to this link https://support.deepidoo.com/. You will find our user manuals to connect your equipment and to answer any questions you may have about certain functions. This site is available in French and English and is also accessible via smartphone and tablet to help you during installation.
I already have screens that I used with a previous provider. Can I use Deepidoo on my own screens?
Yes! Depending on the models of your devices, there are two options available:
- Our SoC solution, with no player needed. To find out if this option is compatible, a member of our sales team will assist you in checking the serial number and brand of your equipment.
- Our solution with player (the Deepibox) This plug and play solution works on all displays!
